1971 Aero Commander Lark 180 aircraft

The condition of this Lark is very good. The interior is in great shape, with the seats and panels in very nice condition with no fading.

The GOOD = The only blemishes are on the pass seat (crack in the piping) and the headliner (worn a little thin). All of the carpeting and fabric is in excellent shape (Including the Storage compartment). As stated the total time is 1565 hours (30.6 hours per year since new) and the exterior shows extremely well for it’s age. The paint is faded in some areas but shows very well when cleaned up. The plastic components are also in great shape for the age with only minor cracks in them. All windows are clear and scratch free and offer excellent visibility. All panels and control surfaces are in great shape with the exception of one ding on the elevator.

The BAD (kind of) = The airplane has not been flown since 2014 and will need some work to become airworthy. The engine Has all new top end components (including – everything outside of the engine cases except for the pistons). No expense was spared on this engine (this can be verified by inspection). The engine has not been run since completion as a few more things are required. All of the expensive repairs are done and need to be inspected for airworthiness. This airplane should be considered an A&P special or needs work before moving.
