Professionally maintained, hanger kept, never left outside.  This is a good Mooney for someone looking to upgrade to a faster plane.  This Mooney is a 145 knot plane, all day long.  Easy to fly.  All instruments are in working condition.  Just had a complete top overhaul engine tear down and rebuild
