1979 Mooney 231 aircraft with only 1400 TT

Good 231 that had an annual in 2014. Owner was now having it annulled now but lost interest when the shop got busy and quit working on it for a while. Nothing major found. Just needs a good annual. Recently flown cross country no damage history has all paperwork, logbooks, c of a etc. Nothing missing. No corrosion found, life has been in east tenn. So no salt air. 1400 tt and 800 on TSIO360 upgraded lb Continental factory engine.
