1972 Cessna 421B aircraft [low time] for sale

I am selling our 1972 Cessna 421B

The plane has about 8 hours on it since its annual in September and has just received around $70k in work this year. Log books are complete and it just received IFR certification, new tires, LED strobes, all new rubber in the fuel system, and gaskets on the intake systems in the last few months. Has ADSB out to 18000ft. The plane is not perfect but it is very presentable as is and something anyone would be proud to own.
