This is a nice low time 1958 Cessna 175 Skylark

1324 hrs TT, airfame

Engine TT UNK, but 520 hrs STOH, 98 hrs since bottom by Premier in Troutdale OR including the gearbox.

April 2023 Annual Inspection with approx 20hrs flown by myself since annual.

It’s low time because it has sat much and flown little.

History that I know: Aircraft was purchased by a previous owner around the year 2000. It was found to have corrosion issues in the wings and tail so he bought another parts airplane that was super clean and used the wing, tail feathers, and control surfaces off it for this plane.

Then the engine from the parts plane was torn down and crankcase, connecting rods, crankshaft, oil pump gears, quill shaft, camshaft, through bolts, and gearbox gears were sent to Premier Aircraft in Troutdale and all were returned with 8130-3 Airworthiness Approval Tags(included with paperwork). Engine was then re-assembled with new standard crank and cam bearings, new hardware, new gaskets, and installed on this airplane.

Only 98hrs logged since the lower end was gone through!
The owner then wanted a nice panel in it so he had the old panel yanked out and tossed and had this very nice custom panel built and installed.
The Garmin 250XL Nav/Com has a moving map and clear radio. Very handy for VFR cross country trips.
The Garmin GTX 327 transponder is not ADSB compliant but can be with the addition of the GDL 82 ADS-B Out Kit.
The 4 Place PM 3000 PS Engineering intercom ensures that all 4 people have crystal clear communications.
You’ll really like the dual PTT switches mounted in the powder coated yolks!

NOTE: The empty space in the panel was intended for a future GPS indicator for IFR 470 Garmin Stack. There wasn’t anything removed so there are no wires hanging loose back there

He also had all the fuses replaced with MS7272 circuit breakers which are great as they allow you to “pull” the breaker to shut off the juice if you want to.
