Piper Arrow 3. approx 22,000 TTAF.  Recent gear up landing, repairs nearly complete. Yes  22,000 airframe hours.  Was told it was a pipeline patroller and then a flight school plane of course. Engine has 1200 SMOH  Prop Strike AD Completed. Needs cowl fiberglass repair completed and touch up paint.
