THE FLIP SIDE OF LOW TOTAL TIME IS THAT THIS AIRPLANE HAS NOT BEEN FLOWN A LOT PER YEAR. ENGINE OVERHAULED IN 1986, BUT THEN NOT FLOWN MUCH UNTIL 2001, WHEN THEY PULLED THE ENGINE AGAIN AND DID A COMPLETE TEARDOWN AND REPLACE AS REQUIRED!! THIS INCLUDED AN OVERHAULED CRANKSHAFT, NEW CAM AND LIFTERS, BEARINGS ETC. SINCE 2001, THE AIRPLANE HAS BEEN USED A REASONABLE 500 HOURS
