THE EARLY 210 IS REALLY JUST A RETRACTABLE GEAR VERSION OF THE 182, WITH EXTRA HORSEPOWER FROM A 260 H.P. FUEL INJECTED VERSION OF THE 182’S 230 H.P. ENGINE. THE EXTRA POWER AND THE RETRACTABLE LANDING GEAR, AS INTENDED, MADE THE AIRPLANE FASTER, MUCH MORE SUITED TO CROSS-COUNTRY TRAVEL. THE SWEPT VERICAL FIN WAS INSTALLED ON THE 210 FROM THE START, THEN EXPANDED TO THE REST OF THE LINE OVER THE 1970’S. THIS IS A VERY LOW TOTAL TIME AIRPLANE!!
