very low time  only approx 2675h (will go up, flown regulary) Engine Lycoming O235 approx 1385h (recommended TBO 2400h) (will go up, flown regulary) capable to run on 87 octane autofuel (even saves more money) compression on last check a couple of weeks ago all 70+, engine was last major overhauled (zero timed) in 1997
