THIS AIRCRAFT IS POWERED BY A CONTINENTAL A-65 ENGINE (SAME AS A CHAMP) AND IT’S GROSS WEIGHT ALLOWS IT TO BE FLOW AS A LIGHT SPORT AIRCRAFT THIS ENGINE WAS OVERHAULED IN LATE 2007 AND INSTALLED ON THIS AIRCRAFT AS PART OF A MAJOR REFURB IN 2008. THE ENGINE HAS ONLY 255 HOURS SINCE MAJOR OVERHAUL! THIS AIRFRAME HAS NO DAMAGE!! AFTER A NORMAL LANDING ON A GRASS RUNWAY, THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED OVER A RUNWAY EDGE LIGHT AND PUT A NICK IN THE LEADING EDGE OF ONE BLADE OF THE PROPELLOR! NONE ON THE OTHER!
