Beautiful 1974 Cherokee 6/260 with 7 seat option, very good paint, 3590 tt, 490 smoh, 30 spoh, updated tan leather interior in great condition.  Original avionics in good shape, has newer Garmin 496 in dash mount that conveys. Kids have left for college, don’t need all the seats, but will miss the huge cabin. Has tip tanks (84 gal), runs great, compressions 78,72,72,74,74,76 last annual. Will haul anything you can put in her. She’s the perfect plane. On a recent trip to Destin, Fl averaged 155 mph both ways.  Has autopilot, I just never used it. Good brakes and rubber, left main new. Baggage area front and rear, 2-3-2 seating. Travel in comfort. Low time engine, and almost new prop, paint, and leather. Doesn’t get any better than that. Last annual was late June 2015.
